This is a “learn to earn” course. The cumulative grade earned at the end of the course (between 0 and 100) is the amount of your refund. In other words, the harder you work the more money you earn to use toward taking your ISA exam. The primary text for this course is Utility Arboriculture: The Utility Specialist Certification Study Guide by Randall H. Miller and Geoffry Kempter which can be ordered directly from the ISA.
