Meet your Instructor

Experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the utility industry. Skilled in Natural Resource Management, Utility Arboriculture, Environmental Awareness, Contract Management, and Information Technology. Dr. Vanderhoof teaches Urban and Community Forestry at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and currently facilitates several online UVM Professional Certificate program courses. Employed by Arbormetrics as a Research and Consulting Subject Matter Expert, Dr. Vanderhoof serves on the Utility Arborist Association board of directors, is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist (BCMA) and Utility Specialist, and holds an ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification.

To be eligible for a refund you must receive a passing grade in the course (76% or better), you must haven taken your ISA exam no later than 60 days after the conclusion of the course, and you must provide proof of a failed test.
